One of the greatest things that can happen to any artist is team up with fellow artists and create. That is exactly what happened when Erick Tran and Steve Giraldo called me to team up with them to create "Scary Merry Christmas."
"Scary Merry Christmas" is an animated short film that came with lots of challenges for me (technically and artistically). However, just to have the opportunity to work with Erick, a great artist known for his work in "The Simpsons" (among many other works) was already enough reason to say yes to this project. Teaming up with Steve one more time (he is the voice of Cafino in my short "Gas Station") was a delight. He did a great job as a producer and also surprised me even more with his voiceover powers. The talented Steve played all the characters in the film. Absolutely amazing! After a few months, lots of coffee, long hours working overnight and lots of learning and laughter, the final result came surpassing all my expectations. Like always it was fun doing animation, but even more fun creating this piece of work next to these two great gentleman. I hope you enjoy the film as much as we enjoyed creating it!!!
